Ghostclaw looked up at the cat who was talking and guessed he was the leader of the clan. He smiled meekily at him as he asked that they take the kits to the nursery. Happy that he was able to help in someway made him feel a little more at ease. He nodded his head slowly as the looked at the meowling kits. He picked up two gently with his jaws and walked out of the den slowly, careful that the two kits didn't collide with each other.

~Hawkmask~
The tom lifted his head, sage orbs flaming with an unknown, conflicted fire. He dipped his head to the tom that he was quite sure was leader of the Clan. Muscles rippled powerfully underneath the dusk brown cloak and the mud brown of his face and belly seemed to contort to a beautiful black for a minute as he moved his head down, slipping into shadows, just before bringing it up again, eyes gleaming and ears pressed to the back of his head. A couple kits were held loosely in his jaws, gently carried by the scruffs on their neck.
"To the nursery, then?" Hawkmask asked through a mouthful of fur, now his eyes had lost their flame and instead replacing them was a gleaming sort of hidden joy. He waited patiently for a moment before padding out, tail flicking through the air happily.

While talking to Starheart a cute rambunctious tom plopped in with a leaves stuck to his fur. I had never seen him before but he seemed nice enough and possibly someone who might enjoy adventure as much as I. My mouth was extremely dry so I left the two younger cats to their flirting and went to get a drink. I could tell the flirting was helping to take away the discomfort Starheart was feeling off her mind a little.
While drinking from the river I noticed two butterflies fluttering, dancing in the air. It was a quiet graceful dance. I became in tranced by the beauty of it that it took me a moment to realize a huge commotion was taking place somewhere. I shook my head looking for the spot where all the noise was coming from. Fear came over me as I realized it was where I left Starheart and Hawkmask.
Upon returning to the spot where I left Starheart and Hawkmask flirting with each other I was taken back by all that evolved while I was down by the river. I thought my mouth was dry before my drink but it didn't compare to the dryness I felt as I realized Starheart had just given birth. I felt so happy and so sad at the same time. How could I have missed this!! Will Startheart ever forgive me? I rushed over to Icestar to help him carry Starheart to the nursery.
